Message from Barbara Sher, Week of October 20, 2008

Well, we wanted gas prices to go back down, and they did. Darn shame the entire economy went with them! If you're wondering how to bounce back, you may think it's time to put your dreams on the shelf. It's not.

This is a great time to go after a dream. Those who can help you are willing to deal on what they charge, even willing to trade services. Real estate in the place you have dreamt of living to is probably priced as low as it's going to be for a long while. Come January, the political climate will change one way or the other, too, and that always creates openings for new ideas.

If you aren't surrounded by helpful, supportive family members and friends, a Success Team is what you need. Join one in your area or join a team that meets by phone starting next Monday.

A Success Team is a small, ongoing group, made up of about 6 people like you. The people on your team will help you make your dreams come true. Why? Because you're going to do the same thing for them. Your team will keep you moving until you discover and achieve your dream. In a facilitated team, the first eight weekly meetings are led by someone selected and trained by me and licensed to use the workbook and recordings I created to help you and your team succeed.

You owe it to the world to do what you love. You were born with that desire for a reason. You don't need to quit your job and take a huge leap into the unknown to start doing what you love or even to spend time in a place that you love, so don't let the economy frighten you off from starting today.
