Sher Success Teams By Phone Refund Policy

If you withdraw from a Success Team more than 2 weeks before the first meeting, your Success Teams Leader will refund your fee, less a $50 administrative fee.

If your Success Team is rescheduled before the first meeting or canceled at any time, your Success Teams Leader will refund your fee in full.

All refunds will be paid within 30 days.

No refunds for any other reason are offered. If you are unable to use your space in a Success Team, you may send another person in your place. We may also be able to assist you in trading places with someone in another Success Team if neither team has yet started, but we cannot guarantee this.

Please note: Your contract is with your Success Teams Leader, not with Barbara Sher or the operator of this website. You will make your payment to and receive any refunds due you from your team's leader, via PayPal.
